Mann Abali was a UK-trained practical banker and accountant who left a significant impact in the Rivers State Public Service from the 1970s to the early 2000s. Hailing from Otakeme in Ogbia and Twon-Brass in Bayelsa State, he worked with the defunct Pan African Bank Limited and later contributed to the development of the Federal College of Education (Technical) Omoku. Mann was known for his gentleness and wisdom, passing away on February 27, 2014, at the age of 66.
