Chief Christian Arobo Okoloba-Aziba

Chief Christian Arobo Okoloba-Aziba, an esteemed Ogbia Chief from Opume community in Bayelsa State, has had a distinguished career in public service and politics. Born on June 12, 1937, he began his education at St. Peter Primary School and later pursued a career in teaching before transitioning to the administrative domain. He served as an Administrative Officer in the Rivers State civil service, eventually becoming a Director-General. After retiring in 1993, he entered active politics, supporting prominent figures like Chief DSP Alamieyeseigha and Dr. Goodluck Jonathan. He held various significant positions, including Vice Chairman of the Transitional Committee and Special Adviser on Community Relations. Chief Okoloba-Aziba is also a devout Baptist and a dedicated family man, married to Pastor Mrs. Maria Okoloba.
